Celebrating A Passionate Giver An A Leader – Uncle Niyi

By Afunme TripleAs

In life’s journey, you meet people who influence you so much you can’t quantify.
Uncle Niyi Osibemekun is one of them.

Uncle Niyi Osibemekun FCA.

Our paths crossed when I left the loving Calabar family who housed me while service year lasted. I was in need of an accommodation.

I was introduced to him and while there was vacancy at his mini estate around the Agip area of Portharcourt, it only served as quarters for members of staff of Jackal Group, his company.

Long story short, he offered me the accommodation and of course left some standing rules which I did well to comply.
I moved in 2001 and until I got married and moved in with my husband in 2004, I did not have to pay a dime as rent. Yes, ooooo, free housing in Portharcourt!
We even had to quarrel when I bought diesel for the generator I benefited from; it was like living in a family house.

He filled in the role of a big brother who also did his best in introducing me early to the gains of real estate and investing early.
Even my then bobo now husband also got his dose of don’t mess with my sister sermon.

I may not always be in touch much as I should, especially with visits, but God knows you have a special place, for with visiting, I need deliverance. Lol.

Happy birthday dearest uncle Niyi Osibemekun, and going back to my prayers for you back then, may you always be happy.
Have a fantastic year sir.

Someday I pray I am privileged to help someone with the same.

You have indeed demonstrated that life is all about helping the helpless in our society.

Uncle Niyi Osibemekun
